In the context of the in-person conference, submissions accepted for Oral presentation will be presented in a live audience and also broadcasted online. Each oral presentation slot is scheduled for 15 minutes (12 minutes presentation, 3 minutes discussion). Presenters are invited to be in the respective conference room from the beginning of the session. To avoid last minute technical issues, presenters are kindly asked to upload their presentations at least 24 hours before the conference. For more information please download the guidelines.

In the context of the virtual conference, submissions accepted for Oral presentation will be broadcasted live. Each oral presentation slot is scheduled for 15 minutes (12 minutes presentation, 3 minutes discussion). Presenters will be contacted for a test before the meeting. Presenters are also kindly asked to upload their presentations to avoid last minute technical issues. At the day of the talk, presenters are asked to log in at least 20 minutes earlier.
