Registration 2024

The conference is scheduled as a hybrid event (both in-person and virtual participation are foreseen). All participants are requested to pay the respective participation costs during registration.

Special notice: in accordance with current EU sanctions, RETASTE will not accept any payment of RETASTE 2024 registration, abstracts or any other fees from Russian or Belarusian institutions or banks. If you have any questions about this restriction, please contact info@retaste.gr.

In-person participation

In person registrations covers the following services:

• Welcome coffee / refreshment in early registration
• A goodie bag with the essentials for the event
• All coffee breaks in accordance to the final programme (between 1 and 2 per day)
• One buffet lunch per day
• Food and drinks in the “RETASTE Party”
• Internet access at the venue
• Access to all presentations/rooms in real time

The following costs are funded by the Green Fund and are not included in the conference fees:

• Conference transportation costs for attendees and presenters
• Lunch cost for 200 in-person attendees and presenters on 26/09/2024
• Technical support during the Conference

• All prices include VAT 24%
• Each registration is specified for one person and is non-transferable.
• Each in-person presenter may make two submissions with one registration. One of the submissions will be presented in oral format and one in poster format.
• (*) A copy of a valid student card and proof of age (under 35 on the day of registration) is required to benefit from the student registration fees.
• (**) Registrations before 30/06/2024 are considered Early-bird. Early-bird registration is confirmed when the payment is completed. Otherwise, late registration rates will be applied.

Virtual Participation

Virtual registrations covers the following services:

• For presenters, IT support before the conference, live IT support during their presentation
• For attendees, support via email.
• Online access to all presentations/rooms in real time

• All prices include VAT 24%
• Each registration is specified for one person and is non-transferable.
• Each virtual presenter may make two submissions with one registration. One of the submissions will be presented in real-time oral format and one in pre-recorded video format.
• (*) A copy of a valid student card is required to benefit from the student registration fees.
• (**) Registrations before 30/06/2024 are considered Early-bird. Early-bird registration is confirmed when the payment is completed. Otherwise, late registration rates will be applied.
• Viewer will be able to watch the conference via a viewer, without commenting or receiving an attendance certificate.
