As part of the RETASTE Conference program, participants are invited to join a technical visit to the Psyttalia Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), a flagship project of environmental engineering and circular economy in action. Located on Psyttalia Island in the Saronic Gulf, this facility treats the wastewater of over 5.6 million people in the greater Athens area, making it one of the largest WWTPs in Europe and globally.
