Biography

Prof. Dr. Azize Ayol is Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Dokuz Eylul University, Türkiye. An expert in wastewater treatment, sewage sludge valorization, waste-to-energy systems, and life cycle sustainability assessment, she has coordinated and participated in numerous international research projects. Her work promotes circular economy approaches and innovative environmental technologies for sustainable resource management.
