Lidia Lombardi

Lidia Lombardi is an environmental engineer and associate professor at Niccolò Cusano University of Rome (Italy) in the field of energy systems and environment. She obtained her PhD in 2001 at the University of Florence (IT), presenting a thesis about “LCA comparison of technical solutions for CO2 emissions reduction in power generation”. Her research interests include energy conversion systems with low environmental impact, energy recovery from waste via thermal and biological processes, CO2 removal processes, and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA).
