Roberta Pietrangeli

Doctoral student in ‘Economics, Management and Quantitative Methods’ at University of Tuscia, Italy, with background studies in Agricultural and Environmental Sciences and Agribusiness. Team member of the H2020 project LOWINFOOD (www.lowinfood.eu). The general topic of the research is on agri-food economics and sustainability of supply chains, with a focus on the role of the different actors of the chain and the analysis of commercial relations between them, as well as on the issue of food loss and waste generated along the supply chain.
