Zisen Liu

Zisen Liu is a doctoral student at the Swedish Centre for Resource Recovery at the University of Borås. Zisen’s research focuses on food waste prevention and valorization in retail and food services to support a sustainable food supply chain. This includes developing waste quantification methods, conducting life cycle assessments to evaluate climate impact, identifying hotspots, and testing interventions to reduce food waste.
