Abstract submission

When submitting an abstract, make sure co-authors have provided explicit consent to submit your joint work. RETASTE is not responsibly for any intellectual property (or other) damages due to work uploaded without author consent. Submitted work is reviewed by the scientific committee of RETASTE to ensure scientific rigor to the extent possible. RETASTE does endorse, approve, or certify any of the submitted material. By submitting your work you also consent for its use on the site, program, book of abstracts and other RETASTE products. Intellectual property rights remain with the author(s) of the submitted work.

Conference Registration

General

To register for the conference and/or make payments through this site, participants have to accept the terms of service and privacy policy.

Payment methods

Registration fees can be paid either by bank transfer of by credit card. If a payment fails either due to the expiry of the card, or due to insufficient funds, or for any other reason and does not change the card details or cancel the account, we reserve the right to terminate access to its services until settlement is made.

For certain payment methods, the card provider may charge taxes and surcharges, which are borne exclusively by the user and RETASTE bears no responsibility.

Pricing and payment

Credit / debit card debit will be charged upon verification and verification of its details and validity. The billing amount should be available and will be kept upon confirmation of the order. In order to make your purchase through the Website you will need to follow the instructions on it. The purchase form should include the credit / debit card number and expiration date. The user is solely responsible for the correct recording and truthfulness of his credit card details and should be the holder of the credit / debit card he uses for each transaction.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation, we will return the entire paid sum with the same payment method (bank or card). Any bank/card fees/charges that may occur during the return transaction will be charged to the user. For example, bank transfer returns will take place using the BEN (beneficiary) code, which means that you will receive the funds minus all transfer charges. Cancellations can be accepted up to 30 days before the conference starts. Cancellation requests can be addressed to info@retaste.gr.

Changes in pricing policy and charges

RETASTE reserves the right to change registration fees without prior notice to the user, except for prior notice via the site in accordance with the applicable laws.
